Our approach

Blueprint built the infrastructure that allowed us to make real-time decisions about the value our marketing efforts were driving and the results we were seeing. It started with building out the analytics to feed a dashboard to show cross-channel impressions, click-throughs across social channels, emails, direct mail, mobile, etc. As time went on, we introduced new channels and created more in-depth dashboards. It’s one thing to see the effectiveness of our marketing campaign, but what was even more important was why. Why did one email perform so much better than another? Why, when partnered with direct mail, did that email do even better? Blueprint provided analysis that helped further optimize, test and learn.

We have had (3) successful migrations for over 2500 employees, delivered on time by the team at Blueprint. Responsive doesn’t begin to even convey how this team approaches each and every project. Everything from inception to completion is handled with a creative problem-solving mindset. I heartily give my highest recommendation to the Blueprint team.

We recently engaged Blueprint to redesign and develop an automated integration between one of our applications and a third-party application. Our current implementation did not function reliably or as originally intended. The task given to Blueprint was to develop a new integration that would reliably meet our current needs. We ended up getting much more.

The modern data lake and platform that has been built and provided by Blueprint is increasingly providing value at Concho. Together, we have been able to successfully establish an enterprise warehouse in the cloud that contains data across most of our lines of business. In addition to the data, we have frameworks in place that allow us to leverage tools and techniques within the cloud ecosystem to tackle new analytical projects in a modern and mature way. As I look back on what we have accomplished in the last year, I’m amazed with the amount of work that has been delivered.
